NCARB Salary surveys

Since 2016, the NCARB has conducted several salary surveys. The primary goal of these surveys is to increase transparency around compensation within the profession by providing both employees and employers with reliable, up-to-date information about salaries and compensation trends.

In addition to salary data, the survey collects detailed information about benefits, bonuses, and other forms of compensation offered across different roles, experience levels.

 

It also gathers insights into members’ expectations and preferences regarding compensation and workplace benefits. By compiling and analyzing this data, NCARB aims to help professionals make informed career decisions while enabling organizations to develop competitive and equitable compensation packages.
